Orders and Shipping

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located on the product page.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
Click on ‘CONTACT US’ and fill out the given form.
Your order will be tracked, and an email notification will be sent to you by our customer care team. The courier will also contact you. If you need further information please email us.

Delivery will take minimum 7-10 days for any orders outside Sri Lanka.

Delivery will take 2-3 days if you are living in Sri Lanka.

Unfortunately, you are unable to change your shipping address after your order has been sent out.

Returns and Exchanges

“For customers within Sri Lanka, exchange is possible within 3 days of delivery. For international customers exchanges are possible within 14 days of delivery. If the issue is on the customer’s end (i.e – change in size, style, colour way), then the cost to return it and have the new product sent back to them needs to be borne by the customer. If the issue is on our end (i.e – damages to the products), then the cost to return it and have the new product sent back to the customer will be borne by us.”
We do not give refunds only exchanges.

Contact the Hanger Fashion customer care team by email at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.

All returned/exchanged items must be new, unused and with all the Hanger brand tags on the garment in their original condition. Items that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted.

We allow an exchange of all item(s) purchased on the website.

Item(s) can be exchanged for a different size(s) or alternative product(s), subject to availability of stock by making a payment for the difference in price, if any.

The purchased item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us. We request you to ensure that the items are packed properly for return/exchange to avoid damage and tampering on their way to us.

All returned/exchanged items will be inspected once we receive them before we can complete an exchange request. We try hard to accept all items returned to us and implement our exchange and credit policy.
